Job Title: TRIRIGA Business Analyst
Job Overview:
A Business Analyst (BA) plays a crucial role in an organization by analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, objectives, and requirements.
Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to collect and analyze information.
Process Mapping:
Document and model existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Design and propose optimized processes that align with organizational goals.
- Documentation:
Prepare detailed and clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.

Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications can be advantageous.
Experience:
- 5+ Years as a seasoned business analyst working on Enterprise Software Implementation projects
- Experience with IBM TRIRIGA and has exposure to IBM TRIRIGA Facilities Condition Assessment Model Highly Preferred
- Analytical Skills:: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business analysis tools, data modeling, and project management methodologies. Knowledge of relevant programming languages and databases is often beneficial.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the industry and business domain in which the organization operates.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and project requirements.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and solve complex business problems.
