IBM TRIRIGA Business System Analyst

Job Summary:

The IBM TRIRIGA Functional Analyst will be responsible for providing functional support for the IBM TRIRIGA modules. The successful candidate will have strong experience with designing one or more IBM TRIRIGA modules such as Lease Administration, Accounting, Operations and Maintenance, Capital Projects and Facilities and also be well versed with analyzing business requirements, configuring the TRIRIGA system, and providing guidance to end-users. The candidate will be responsible for providing Functional expertise, guidance and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a Subject Matter Expert with regards to one or more IBM TRIRIGA Modules
  • Analyze business requirements and help configure the IBM TRIRIGA module accordingly.
  • Provide functional support and guidance to end-users in the use of the TRIRIGA system.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on system processes and procedures, including user manuals, training materials, and system guides.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve any issues or defects identified in the system.
  • Provide training to end-users on the use of the TRIRIGA system and related processes.
  • Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the designing the IBM TRIRIGA System leveraging Out of Box as a baseline.
  • Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into system configuration.
  • Experience with developing use cases and process flows using online tools or MS Office
  • Experience with developing Mockups, Functional design documentation, Test scenarios and test cases
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Experience in SQL and Oracle database management is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
