Position Overview

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering to support the development of a proof of concept (POC) for an AI-driven chatbot. This role is critical for crafting effective prompts and leveraging LLMs to build a highly functional and responsive chatbot.

As an AI Engineer for the Bot POC, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing a chatbot POC that utilizes the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs). Your role will involve creating and refining prompts to ensure the chatbot delivers accurate, relevant, and engaging responses. You will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and demonstrate the chatbots potential in meeting business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a chatbot POC using Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored to specific business use cases. 
• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define POC objectives.
• Develop, refine, and optimize prompts to maximize the chatbots performance, accuracy, and user engagement.
• Implement and integrate the chatbot POC into existing systems or platforms for demonstration and evaluation purposes.
• Test and evaluate the chatbots performance, making iterative improvements to enhance its effectiveness.
• Document the design, development, and testing processes, providing detailed insights and recommendations based on POC outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and LLM technologies, applying best practices to the project.
• Present findings and demonstrate the chatbot POC to stakeholders, collecting feedback and iterating on the solution as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing AI and NLP solutions, with hands-on experience using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and NLP techniques.
• Experience in developing and optimizing prompts for LLMs to enhance conversational AI capabilities.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with conversational AI platforms and tools.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for CI/CD in machine learning projects.
• Knowledge of API development and integration.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Previous experience in developing chatbots and integrating them into business processes.
