Job Title: Maximo Techno-Functional Consultant
Job Overview:
As a Maximo Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical and functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software solutions for clients. You will be working closely with project managers, business analysts, technical teams, and end-users to ensure that the system meets client requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client business processes and requirements, and configure Maximo to meet their needs.
Develop and execute Maximo testing plans to ensure that the system meets client requirements and industry best practices.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure that functional requirements are translated into technical designs and implementations.
Develop interfaces between Maximo and other enterprise systems, such as ERP, SCADA, and GIS systems.
Analyze client data to identify opportunities for optimizing Maximo's use and recommending process improvements.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients and project teams during the entire project lifecycle.
Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams.
Create functional design documents, test cases, and user manuals.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo and its integrations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
