We are seeking an experienced TRIRIGA Project Manager to lead and deliver
enterprise-level TRIRIGA implementations for our clients across diverse industries.
Position Overview
- The TRIRIGA Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end TRIRIGA implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and client satisfaction.
- This role requires a blend of project management expertise, functional knowledge of TRIRIGA modules (Lease Administration, Space Management, Capital Projects, etc.), and strong client engagement skills.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing TRIRIGA or IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) projects in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end TRIRIGA implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal delivery teams.
- Oversee project planning, scope management, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and ensure functional/technical alignment between business needs and TRIRIGA capabilities.
- Manage and track project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies as required.
- Coordinate with functional consultants, technical developers, testers, and integration teams for successful project delivery.
- Conduct status meetings, executive updates, and project reporting for stakeholders.
- Ensure projects adhere to Quantum Strides delivery standards, IBM best practices, and client expectations.
- Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live support.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 5+ years in IWMS/IBM TRIRIGA projects.
- Strong expertise in TRIRIGA functional modules such as Lease Administration, Space Management, Operations & Maintenance, Capital Projects, and Energy Management.
- Proven experience in TRIRIGA upgrades, migrations, and enterprise deployments.
- Hands-on experience managing Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage executives and technical teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing global TRIRIGA implementations across multiple geographies.
- Exposure to TRIRIGA integrations with ERP, GIS, or IoT systems.
- Knowledge of MAS (Maximo Application Suite) or IBM Watson AI solutions for enterprise asset management is a plus.
