About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to drive outbound prospecting efforts and build a strong sales pipeline targeting the UAE and Middle East markets. The ideal candidate will have experience generating leads specifically for B2B SaaS, IT services, or professional consulting projects, particularly for application setup solutions, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a results-driven, remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound lead generation through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM tools.
Identify and qualify potential clients for IT services and application setup projects.
Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for the sales team through consistent follow-ups.
Run lead generation campaigns to build awareness and convert interest into opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of lead activities and performance metrics in the CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine prospecting strategies and improve campaign results.
Serve as the first point of contact between prospects and the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
35 years of experience in lead generation, SDR, or inside sales roles targeting UAE, and Middle East markets.
Proven track record in B2B lead generation for IT services, SaaS, or software/application setup solutions.
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Experience with campaign automation tools like Zoho, Apollo.io, or Salesforce.
Self-motivated, high-energy, and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
