Senior TRIRIGA MREF Developer

About the Role

Quantum Strides is seeking a Senior TRIRIGA MREF Developer with strong hands-on experience in IBM TRIRIGA/MREF development, configuration, integrations, and enterprise IWMS solutions. The role involves working with global clients on TRIRIGA/MREF implementations, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, customize, test, and support IBM TRIRIGA / MREF solutions.
• Work across Real Estate, Lease Administration, Space Management, Facilities Management, Capital Projects, Reservation, and Asset Management modules.
• Develop Business Objects, Forms, Data Models, Queries, Workflows, Notifications, Business Rules, and Integrations.
• Build and support integrations using OSLC, REST APIs, Integration Objects, Data Integrator, Data Connect, JSON, and Web Services.
• Develop custom solutions using Java/JavaScript and troubleshoot application and integration issues.
• Perform data migration, data validation, reconciliation, reporting, and performance optimization.
• Support TRIRIGA/MREF upgrades, deployments, UAT, production support, and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare technical/functional documentation and participate in requirements and solution-design discussions.
• Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, QA teams, business analysts, and client stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design and solutioning activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on IBM TRIRIGA development/implementation/support experience.
• Strong experience with TRIRIGA/MREF platform architecture and development.
• Hands-on experience with Workflows, Business Objects, Data Integrator, Integration Objects, Data Connect, Migration Manager, and reporting.
• Strong experience with OSLC, REST APIs, JSON, Web Services, and enterprise integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL/Oracle and exposure to Java/JavaScript.
• Experience with TRIRIGA upgrades, data migration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MREF within Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9.x).
• Experience integrating TRIRIGA/MREF with ERP, HR, GIS, financial, asset, or other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of BIRT reporting, React/UX, Git, Jira, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD.
• Experience across multiple IWMS modules and Agile/Scrum environments.
• IBM TRIRIGA/MREF certification is a plus.
• Experience working with distributed/global teams.
