About the Role - Engineer

We're looking for an Engineer to join our small but mighty team at Quantile Health. You will help architect and deliver robust data infrastructure, integrate next-gen AI models, and craft a premier ecosystem that accelerates Data Scientists' ability to innovate fast and at scale. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data services, both real-time and batch processing

• Build efficient data pipelines measured by both cost and performance

• Partner closely with Data Scientists to co-create solutions, understanding their workflows and translating business needs into robust technical tooling

• Develop user-centric libraries, APIs, and platforms that streamline model deployment and experimentation

• Continuously optimize GCP infrastructure for performance, cost, and scalability

• Stay current with the capabilities and optimal use of GCP

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Python and SQL in a production setting

• Strong experience with any major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure)

• Great communication skills

• Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform

• Previous experience with ops focused or ops heavy teams/processes

• Previous experience with delivering tools to Data Scientist or Ops teams

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes

• An Observability Orientation

Compensation & Benefits

• Cash compensation range: $165,000 - $225,000
• Equity grants in Quantile Health

Location: Hudson Yards, NYC (on-site 2 days a week)
