Graduate Surveyor (Emirati Talent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting property valuations, market research, and analysis
• Support senior surveyors in preparing reports and presentations for clients
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and data collection activities
• Contribute to the preparation of property appraisals and assessments
• Collaborate with different teams across the company to deliver high-quality client services
• Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and regulations in the UAE

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Property Management, Surveying, or a related field
• UAE National with a strong interest in the property industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
