Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting sales operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including documentation, order processing, and coordination between departments.
- Maintaining and updating sales records, databases, and customer information with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assisting in preparing quotations, offers, and proposals for clients.
- Supporting communication with customers, partners, and suppliers; handling enquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinating internal workflows to ensure the timely delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Preparing reports and sales metrics; assisting with basic analytics to support sales planning and forecasting.
Requirements:
Must-have qualifications:
- University or College Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (Sales Coordinator, Sales Backoffice, Sales Assistant), preferably in an IT company.
- Understanding of sales department procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Basic experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Professional business mindset.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Customer-centric attitude, reliability, and discretion.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
- Familiarity with ISO standards and procedures.
