About the role

We are looking for a Junior Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team and support the delivery and adoption of cybersecurity solutions for our customers.

The role combines technical knowledge, customer interaction and project support. The successful candidate will work closely with our cybersecurity team, technology partners and customers, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of cybersecurity technologies and solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional who is interested in developing a career in cybersecurity and enjoys working with both technology and people.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain a good understanding of SysteCom's cybersecurity solutions and technology portfolio.
• Support the team in presenting cybersecurity solutions to existing and prospective customers.
• Participate in customer meetings to understand business and technical requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, solution descriptions and other project documentation.
• Support the onboarding and implementation of cybersecurity solutions, including configuration, deployment, fine-tuning and user training.
• Provide first-level technical support and follow-up for deployed solutions, in cooperation with the relevant technical teams and technology vendors.
• Assist in identifying customer security requirements and mapping them to appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
• Work closely with the Cybersecurity team, Sales team, technology partners and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, emerging technologies and evolving security threats.
• Participate in cybersecurity-related customer activities, workshops, presentations and events.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts, IT infrastructure, networking and systems.
• Prior experience in a cybersecurity or IT-related role is a plus.
• Relevant Cybersecurity, Networking or IT certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and well-organized, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Passion for technology and cybersecurity.
• Completed military obligations.
