Front Desk Assistant

We are seeking a talented Front Desk Assistant to join our team in Athens, Greece. The Front Desk Assistant will support the smooth daily operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors
• Perform accurate data entry into the company's ERP system
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Support various office operations (filing, supplies, courier handling, etc.)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar administrative is a plus
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Very good knowledge of the English language (written & verbal)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, polite, and light-hearted personality
