We are seeking a talented and experienced banking Lead Consultant to join our team in Athens, Greece

Job Description
The Banking Lead Consultant will have Banking experience in Retail/Corporate banking, in particular Accounting, Treasury, Payments, Liquidity Management, Compliance etc.
He/she can interact effectively with Client executives, be a part of high performing, multidisciplinary delivery teams as well as large transformation programs. This role will serve as a trusted advisor
focusing on Agile transformation of the Banking Industry across the EMEA region.

Requirements

• 10 - 15 years of total experience leading the consulting and /or business or systems integration programs
  
• Fluent in English & Greek

Essential

• Experience in Banking industry, knowledge of regulatory and localization requirements
• Strong compliance experience in Greece & Eurozone
• Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business
• Analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning
• Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support
• Knowledge of Greek & European Union regulations related to the banking business
  



Responsibilities:

• Participate as a member of the Core Banking Solutions implementation team in discovery sessions to understand the client's business objectives and system needs
• Work with The Core Banking Solutions Architect to design the solution that best meets the client's requirements
  
• Support clients through the implementation and go-live process and play key role in promoting solution adoption
• Work with the Project Leader to understand assigned project responsibilities and keep the projects on schedule
• Communicate progress and expectations, escalate problems to Project Leader for awareness and/or resolution
• Participate in weekly Status Meetings with the Project Leader and Consulting Directors
