We are currently seeking for an IT Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Installation and monitoring / operational checks on Hardware & Software ( Operating Systems / Infrastructure Software )
- Network monitoring and configuration
- Daily Problem Support
- Replacement or repair of damaged hardware
- Upgrades on Software ( Workstations / Servers )
- New software and hardware evaluation and tests
- User Support - First Level support
- Conducting operational tests on software or hardware
- Management of technical specifications documents and technical procedures
- Communication with suppliers for issue resolution
- Communication with clients for issue resolution

- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks

Necessary Qualifications:
- Administration and maintenance knowledge on workstations, peripherals and network devices
- Network structure and organization knowledge, as well as configuration of network equipment.
- Solid knowledge on Windows , Windows Server and Linux Operating Systems
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and oral)

- 1+ year(s) of relevant experience in a similar position
