Technical Trainer [TLT_07]

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Trainer to join our team in Athens. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and writing skills, with excellent use of MS365 products for collaboration and content management (particularly SharePoint), and MS365 adoption best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Train staff on client applications, ensuring comprehensive understanding and proficiency.
• Design, prepare, and execute learning activities tailored to the client's needs.
• Collaborate with client subject-matter experts to create customized training materials that align with specific use cases.
• Plan and organize training sessions.
• Assist in analyzing training evaluations and support data collection and statistical processing to measure training effectiveness and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent use of MS365 products and SharePoint.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
