Senior Field Technical Engineer (Systems Solutions)

QNR Group is seeking, on behalf of its subsidiary company, a Senior Field Technical Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Field Technical Engineer, you will:

• Design and implement system solutions, upgrades, and migrations
• Lead new infrastructure projects from design to deployment
• Provide on-site and remote technical support as required
• Deliver proactive maintenance and performance optimization
• Support presales activities and solution design for clients

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or at least 5 years of relevant field experience
• Strong experience in Microsoft Windows Server installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and hardening
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Active Directory administration and Windows deployment (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
• Solid experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and/or VMware) experience in clustered environments is required
• Hands-on experience with Office 365 (tenant creation, migrations, and management)
• Strong knowledge of Group Policies, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting servers and storage systems
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals
• Hardware troubleshooting skills for servers and related equipment
