This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to take on a key role in payroll operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while supporting employees and organisational functions.

THE ROLE
As the Payroll Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient payroll operations. With a focus on accuracy and compliance, you will be responsible for processing payroll, managing superannuation, and handling employee benefits. This position offers a great opportunity to join a supportive team in a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records with precision.
  • Process weekly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
  • Manage superannuation contributions and compliance.
  • Assist with workers' compensation claims and reconcile reimbursement schedules.
  • Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely manner.
  • Process terminations and issue certificates of service when required.
  • Ensure payroll records are compliant with regulations and company policies.
  • Stay informed on legislative updates, including EA or Award changes.
  • Generate payroll reports and support internal stakeholders.

  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, superannuation, and taxation.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office.
