Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate all equipment for production.
• Perform routine in-process checks to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Identify and escalate any issues with processing equipment.
• Ensure equipment operates at optimal performance to meet daily production targets.
• Maintain and adhere to quality, food safety, and hygiene requirements.
• Accurately complete and record all quality, testing, and production-related documentation.
• Work effectively and efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment or on production lines.
• Ability to follow strict instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Capability to work on a rotating roster of morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
• A team player who can also work autonomously to meet production deadlines.
