About the job Internal Sales

The ideal candidate will be based in Boksburg, South Africa and will work full-time for our client.

Key responsibilities:

- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and support.

- Identify new sales opportunities within the fire suppression industry and actively pursue them.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.

- Generate sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase our products and services.

- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients and sales team.

- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

- Keep accurate records of sales activities and report on sales performance regularly.


Qualifications and skills:

- Previous experience in the fire suppression industry is required.

- Strong sales and customer service skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Knowledge of local fire safety regulations and codes is a plus.
