About the job Meta Ads - Head

We are looking for a Meta Ads - Head for one of our client with 8+ yrs of experience (with at least 4 years in a leadership role in a digital marketing agency) with Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field to take charge of our Meta Ads strategies, campaign execution, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid advertising across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced digital marketing agency setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Meta Ads team, providing guidance and oversight on all campaigns.
  • Develop and implement advanced Meta Ads strategies tailored to real estate clients, driving high engagement and conversions.
  • Oversee campaign performance, optimization, and reporting to ensure client objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with the creative, content, and social media teams to design and deliver compelling ad creatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with Metas algorithm changes, ad formats, and best practices to ensure campaigns stay ahead of the curve.
  • Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize ROI for clients.
  • Regularly meet with clients to discuss campaign performance, updates, and new opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring skill growth and performance excellence.

Skills Required:

  1. In-depth knowledge of the Meta Ads ecosystem (Facebook & Instagram), including Business Manager, Ads Manager, audience targeting, and ad formats.
  2. Proven experience of minimum 3+ years working with clients of the real estate sector is highly preferred.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  4. Exceptional communication, client management, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to lead and inspire a team, managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
