We are seeking for our client a highly motivated and results-driven Global Talent Acquisition Specialist with Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field(Certifications in talent acquisition or recruitment are a plus) from locals of Bangalore(Only) to manage and oversee the recruitment process for expanding global business roles, with a particular focus on the U.S. Utilities sector, having hands-on 7 - 12 years of experience, mandatory matched at-least in 2 sectors (Power, Broadband, CATV, Telecom, Water, Gas Distribution)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Talent Acquisition: With a mandate to hire within a designated timeline,manage the recruitment of U.S.-based Sales V.P and Directors within the Utilities domain, and Bangalore-based Pre-Sales Managers, Lead Generation Specialists, Digital Marketing Specialists, Market Intelligence and Research Managers, and more. Tailor recruitment strategies to the specific needs of each segment (Power, Telecom, Broadband, CATV, Water, Gas Distribution). 
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles globally, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and on-boarding of candidates. Ensure the process is streamlined, efficient, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Sourcing & Networking: Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent using various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, industry events, and direct outreach.Build and nurture a strong network of candidates in the Utilities sector, ensuring a ready pipeline for current and future business needs.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements, business needs, and cultural fit for each position. Provide expert guidance on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
  • Candidate Evaluation & Selection: Assess and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the entire interview process and ensure the selection of top-tier talent to meet business objectives.
  • Global Talent Trends & Insights: Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and labour market insights, particularly within the Utilities sector. Provide valuable input on market trends and talent availability in key global regions (India, U.S., etc.).
  • Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership on candidate pipelines, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and other KPIs. Ensure recruitment strategies are optimized based on performance data.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to enhance employer brand across various global markets. Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure a diverse and inclusive recruitment process by prioritizing diversity in sourcing, screening, and hiring decisions. Foster an inclusive work environment by hiring candidates from a variety of   backgrounds.
  • HRBP : This role can later expand into an HR transformative role along with TA develop and execute best in class HR practices for the organisation but key for the first six months is quality sourcing of the critical positions which need to be filled in business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience & Track Record:  Prior experience in recruiting for global business roles and  Contacts with reliable US Business head hunters is a must.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Utilities sector, including the challenges and talent needs within Power, Telecom, Broadband , CATV, Water, Gas Distribution and GIS industries.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record in recruiting across multiple functions, such as Sales, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Pre-Sales, and Market Intelligence. Experience hiring for business roles within the Utilities domain is essential.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written   communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and hiring managers. Strong negotiation skills with candidates at all levels.
  • Global Recruiting Experience: Experience in recruiting for roles across different geographies (especially U.S., India, and other global markets). Understanding of global employment laws and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Proactive & Results-Driven: Strong self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed recruitment targets.Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align recruitment goals with business needs and take a strategic approach to talent acquisition, ensuring hires are made for roles critical to the growth and success of the organization.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and proficiency in using social media platforms and LinkedIn for recruitment.
  • Travel & Adaptability: Willingness to travel as needed for recruitment drives, conferences, or to meet with hiring managers across different locations.

Notice Period- Candidate who can join within 10 days are only acceptable


Package Details

Budget :-

Base salary -12 Lakhs per annum

CTC- 13 to 18 lakhs per annum (Including variable pay)
