Immediately required Graduate (Any stream) for Customer Support Noida location with 1 year Experienced in Customer Service and Collection role from any US based program (Must have exp supporting docs during Interview procedure).

To provide customer support through voice calls pertaining to Dreams 11 platform query & complaints

Shifts : 

• US Shifts 

Skills : 

• Candidates should have excellent command over English language.
• Versant 60 & above

Other Terms :

1. Should not require any planned leaves for more than 1 day during next 3 months from joining.
2. should be Flexible with shifts hours.
3. Should be stable in previous work history.
4. No transport during odd hours shifts
5. Weekly Offs -  02 W/Off in a week, Rotational Basis (No Fixed Offs)
