  • Experience in preparing monthly financial statements for multiple clients
  • Should have experience in working directly with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience with Australian accounting, taxation and clients, preferable but not essential
  • End-to-end bookkeeping and accounting experience including Payroll, Payable and Receivables. Also, must have knowledge of closing books and month/year end reporting
  • Expertise in preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements with variance analysis for multiple clients
  • High level multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Fluent professional spoken and written English communication
  • Demonstrated confidence and capabilities across various computer systems
  • including accounting software and Microsoft office

Role Accountabilities

  1. Provide support and assistance to our clients meeting timelines and quality standards for deliverables and attending to client queries.
  2. Work and communicate directly with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Develop detailed overall accounting knowledge including but not limited to; Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
  4. Develop expertise in reviewing monthly Financial statements and Management reports.
  5. Develop in-depth knowledge of ATO, OSR, Superannuation and other related compliance obligations and tasks to assist the team in maintaining a consistent adherence to said obligations.
  6. Train, motivate, mentor and lead your team. Help the team in troubleshooting and problem solving and lead by example with impeccable communication skills,
  7. systems and accounting knowledge and supporting Quantacos culture of choice.
  8. Manage workflow effectively and efficiently based on evolving deadlines, priorities and client expectations.
  9. High level understanding of all relevant client accounts
  10. Daily interactions with clients and Quantaco management, using impeccable English and  Manage and prioritize workflow based on client requirements and resources available along with the natural evolving needs of our clients.
  11. Track, coordinate, and communicate your own workflow and associated timelines with all invested parties proactively and on a regular basis.
  12. Multitask and manage various requests from different clients with 100% accuracy and attention to detail.
  13. Any other accountabilities or duties as directed by your supervisor which are within the limits of the employees skill, competence and training.


 NOTE : Hyderabad locale with 15 - 20 days notice period are prefered.
