Position: Customer Support 

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support who is fluent in a English language to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support in their native language. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

- Providing support and assistance to customers in their native language

- Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

- Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution

- Staying updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

- Meeting or exceeding customer service goals and targets set by the company

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on providing excellent service

- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Minimum education qualification of a Graduate (In Any stream)

Shifts:

-For Male 24*7 (Last shift 4 pm to 1 am) for Females 6 am to 8 pm (Any 9 hours window) No transport during odd hours shifts
