Main Duties:
- Resolve customer queries via phone
- Manage communications via Facebook, web, and email
- Handle complaints with professional courtesy
- Log and escalate issues to relevant departments
- Maintain handling time and quality standards
- Provide backup front-desk coverage
- Assist with additional business needs as required
What skills do you need?
- Minimum O-Level standard
- Fluent in written and verbal Maltese and English (both are a requirement)
- Flexible to work shifts
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
