Main Duties:

  • Resolve customer queries via phone
  • Manage communications via Facebook, web, and email
  • Handle complaints with professional courtesy
  • Log and escalate issues to relevant departments
  • Maintain handling time and quality standards
  • Provide backup front-desk coverage
  • Assist with additional business needs as required

What skills do you need?

  • Minimum O-Level standard
  • Fluent in written and verbal Maltese and English (both are a requirement)
  • Flexible to work shifts
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
