Main Duties:

  • Provide administrative support for the daily operations and improvement of the Company Secretariat
  • Liaise with the Malta Stock Exchange regarding shares, transfers, and related documentation
  • Handle shareholder, lawyer, and notary queries while updating statutory registers
  • Assist with dividend and interest distributions, including issuing shareholder advice notices
  • Support the organization of Board meetings, Directors' requests, and AGM administration
  • Attend scheduled meetings and draft accurate, professional minutes in a timely manner
  • Track multiple assignments and statutory deadlines to ensure timely project delivery
  • Handle administrative duties and record-keeping for the company
  • Assist company lawyers with documentation, debtor follow-ups, and administrative tasks


What skills do you need?

  • Hold a minimum of an A' Level standard of education or a relevant Diploma
    Experience dealing with MSE considered an asset
  • Demonstrate professional, approachable behavior with strong verbal and written communication
  • Maintain full IT literacy and work efficiently with standard office applications
  • Work capably on an independent basis while contributing effectively to a team
  • Exhibit strong organizational, analytical, and proactive problem-solving skills

    Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
