Technical Systems Analyst

Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary + Commission

Main Duties:

• Maintain a holistic understanding of the IT landscape and data flows
• Act as a senior functional escalation & analyses point for key platforms including the transport ticketing system, bus systems, and other integrated operational applications
• Provide technical analysis and operational insight to support project delivery
• Assess cross-system impacts for incidents and proposed technical changes
• Act as a technical advisor for business departments and processes
• Resolve complex functional incidents through advanced root-cause analysis
• Provide technical guidance and documentation to enable IT support teams

What skills do you need?

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience working with business-critical IT systems in an operational environment
• Proven ability to understand complex systems end‑to‑end
• Hands on experience with Technical Analyses Skills (SQL and APIs)
• Experience in application support, systems analysis, or functional troubleshooting roles
• Able to operate credibly with both IT and Business (IT related business) sides

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
