Main Duties:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Manage and schedule staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries
  • Control operational costs and maximize profitability through budgeting and expense tracking
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain seamless service flow
  • Monitor employee performance, motivate team members, and foster a positive work culture

What skills do you need?

  • Proven experience in similar positions
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Fluency in English are essential
