Main Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and schedule staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries
- Control operational costs and maximize profitability through budgeting and expense tracking
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain seamless service flow
- Monitor employee performance, motivate team members, and foster a positive work culture
What skills do you need?
- Proven experience in similar positions
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluency in English are essential
