Main Duties:

  • Respond to internal/external HR related inquiries and provide assistance
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR practices
  • Schedule meetings, interviews and HR events
  • Maintain and update employee records (both physical files and HRIS)
  • Support the recruitment/onboarding process by processing work permit
  • documentation, communicating with internal departments and registering with
  • relevant authorities such as Jobsplus
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and any other duties that may be required

What Skills do you need?

  • Secondary level of Education with O level standard in main subjects (eg. English and Mathematics)
  • Preferably with 1 year working experience in HR or administration, ideally with a keen interest in Human Resources
  • Knowledge/experience using HRIS, work permit process and related authorities
  • Demonstrates attention to detail in work, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks
  • Able to adhere to all organisational policies, regulations, and standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to provide a positive employee experience in response time and support

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
