Main Duties:

  • Perform financial postings and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Manage petty cash, including recording and reconciliation
  • Liaise with suppliers for orders, deliveries and invoice follow-up
  • Supervise and be the point of contact for cleaning staff
  • Create and manage rosters for cleaning staff
  • Handle purchasing of office stationery and supplies
  • Coordinate and book flights for staff and guests as required
  • Order and arrange catering/food for guests and meetings
  • Perform telephone and front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
  • Re-ordering of consumables such as canteen supplies, uniforms and stationery
  • Other ad hoc tasks as needed from time to time

What skills do you need?

  • An A Level standard of education
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Practical understanding of basic bookkeeping
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Maltese
  • Computer literacy and good command of MS Office Applications
  • Confident and pro-active in carrying out ones duties
  • Extremely organised

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
