Administration & Accounts Officer
About the job Administration & Accounts Officer

Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary + Benefits
Main Duties:
- Perform financial postings and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Manage petty cash, including recording and reconciliation
- Liaise with suppliers for orders, deliveries and invoice follow-up
- Supervise and be the point of contact for cleaning staff
- Create and manage rosters for cleaning staff
- Handle purchasing of office stationery and supplies
- Coordinate and book flights for staff and guests as required
- Order and arrange catering/food for guests and meetings
- Perform telephone and front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
- Re-ordering of consumables such as canteen supplies, uniforms and stationery
- Other ad hoc tasks as needed from time to time
What skills do you need?
- An A Level standard of education
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Practical understanding of basic bookkeeping
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Maltese
- Computer literacy and good command of MS Office Applications
- Confident and pro-active in carrying out ones duties
- Extremely organised
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
