Motor Underwriting Officer

Main Duties:

• Dealing with customers (face-to-face, via email, and over the phone)
• Responding to queries and explaining products and services to clients
• Obtaining, handling, and processing of customer documentation
• Issuing of motor quotations, policies, and renewals
• General office duties
• Branch support

What skills do you need?

• Minimum of two years' experience in the local insurance industry
• Possession of an insurance-related qualification or currently pursuing a related certification considered an asset
• Sense of responsibility, accountability, and ownership
• Ability to handle various customer types
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills in English & Maltese

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
