Maintenance Manager

Industry: Pharma

Location: Malta

Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary + Benefits

Main Duties:

• Manage a team of technicians supporting both companies
• Manage the preventive maintenance program to ensure equipment is always compliant
• Review of the corrective maintenance activities done and liaise with
• quality personnel on evaluating potential equipment/product risks
• Manage the facility upkeep together with all its utilities
• Offer support when dealing with emergencies, unplanned breakdowns and repairs
• Develop and maintain an equipment risk management system
• Develop and manage an equipment/spare parts business continuity plan
• Support the implementation of new investment projects and/or machine upgrades

What skills do you need?

• A Degree in Engineering
• A minimum of three years relevant experience in a similar role
• A desire to further develop your skills and knowledge
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector will be considered an asset
• Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
