Finance Executive

Industry: Hospitality/Tourism

Location: Malta

Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary

Main Duties:

• Maintain and update accurate financial records
• Perform monthly reconciliations and process timely bank payments
• Support timely receivables collection and provide management updates
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry
• Assist with the preparation of management accounts and financial reports
• Support annual audit processes
• Coordinate team tasks and provide guidance on time management
• Assist with audits and provide the necessary documentation

What skills do you need:

• Advanced level of education
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
