Main Duties:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, standards, and customer preferences
- Ensure food is presented attractively and served at the correct temperature
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following hygiene and safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager for restocking needs
- Assist in the development of new menu items or daily special
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Check the quality of ingredients and ensure proper storage and labeling
- Train and support junior kitchen staff or apprentices
- Follow portion control guidelines to reduce waste and manage food costs
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
What skills do you need?
- Proven experience in similar positions
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluency in English are essential
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
