Main Duties:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, standards, and customer preferences
  • Ensure food is presented attractively and served at the correct temperature
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following hygiene and safety standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager for restocking needs
  • Assist in the development of new menu items or daily special
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Check the quality of ingredients and ensure proper storage and labeling
  • Train and support junior kitchen staff or apprentices
  • Follow portion control guidelines to reduce waste and manage food costs
  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

What skills do you need?

  • Proven experience in similar positions
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Fluency in English are essential

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
