Artwork Specialist (Pharma)

Industry: Pharma

Location: Malta

Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary + Benefits

Main Duties:

• Manage company artwork and gather artwork info from clients/CMOs
• Review/approve artwork with the technical team
• Coordinate artwork generation/approval with suppliers
• Assist Regulatory Affairs with artwork definition
• Manage artwork changes and documentation
• Issue/update production documents (SOPs, Batch Records)
• Support GMP standards in production
• Collaborate with QA for GMP compliance and issue resolution
• Assist with client serialization onboarding

What skills do you need?

• Ideally in the possession of a higher qualification in Science or Project Management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Ideally have experience working in a GMP environment but not strictly a requirement
• Good computer literacy and command of MS Office Applications
• Ideally have experience working with SAP
• Self-motivated and have excellent attention to detail

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
