About the job HR Coordinator

Main Duties:
- Handle work permits, internal comms, and Jobsplus registration for onboarding
- Respond to internal/external HR related inquiries and provide assistance
- Keep up to date with the latest HR practices
- Schedule meetings, interviews and HR events
- Maintain/update employee records (both physical files and HRIS)
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and any other duties that may be required
What Skills do you need?
- Secondary level of Education with O' level standard in main subjects, such as English and Mathematics
- 1 year working experience in an office, preferably in HR or similar
- Knowledge and experience using HRIS and fluent in English
- Knowledge of the work permit process and related authorities
- Demonstrates attention to detail in work, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks
- Able to adhere to all organisational policies, legal regulations, and ethical
- standards to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
