Main Duties:

  • Handle work permits, internal comms, and Jobsplus registration for onboarding
  • Respond to internal/external HR related inquiries and provide assistance
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR practices
  • Schedule meetings, interviews and HR events
  • Maintain/update employee records (both physical files and HRIS)
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and any other duties that may be required

What Skills do you need?

  • Secondary level of Education with O' level standard in main subjects, such as English and Mathematics
  • 1 year working experience in an office, preferably in HR or similar
  • Knowledge and experience using HRIS and fluent in English
  • Knowledge of the work permit process and related authorities
  • Demonstrates attention to detail in work, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks
  • Able to adhere to all organisational policies, legal regulations, and ethical
  • standards to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
