Main Duties:

• Provide high-quality table service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience
• Greet customers warmly, present menus, and offer detailed explanations of dishes and specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly, following proper etiquette and service standards
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Assist in training and mentoring junior waitstaff and new hires
• Handle payments, process transactions, and issue receipts accurately
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and allergens to guide guest choices
• Uphold health and safety standards at all times.

What skills do you need?

• Proven experience in similar positions (not mandatory)
• Is a strong team players with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong service mindset, and customer experience
• Fluency in English are essential

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
