What will you be doing
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Identify and assess customer's needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions
- Resolve complaints in a courteous and professional manner
- Generate customer interest in the services offered by the company
- Work towards meeting targets
- Any other ad hoc customer care-related work
- Acting as back-up receptionist when needed
What skills do you need?
- Ordinary level standard of education (MQF Level 3)
- Experience working in a call center is considered an asset
- Fluent in English & Maltese (Maltese-speaking is a must)
- Experience working with Microsoft applications namely Excel and Word
- Customer-oriented positive attitude with professionalism
- Flexibility to work shifts and willingness to learn
- Able to work accurately, with attention to detail with problem-solving skills
- Able to think outside the box and go the extra mile for the customer
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
