Insurance Assistant Broker / Broker - Personal Lines

Basis: Full time - hybrid
Remuneration: Salary 

Main Duties:

• Manage Travel & Purchase claims for premium cardholders, including policy extensions and client inquiries
• Process claims within authority limits, escalating complex or high-value cases to superiors
• Collaborate with insurers and adjusters to ensure timely, compliant claim settlements
• Monitor claim files for documentation accuracy and coordinate payments with the Accounts department
• Resolve claim issues and escalate unresolved matters to relevant stakeholders

What skills do you need?

• Minimum of post-secondary level of education
• Candidates in the process of attaining their Dip. CII or B.Com.(Hons) in Insurance or an MA (Insurance) will be given preference
• 1-2 years of motor or personal lines insurance experience required
• Strong communication skills with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
• Ethical and reliable, with adherence to legal and regulatory standards
• Goal-oriented, with annual performance objectives guiding development

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
