About the job Account Executive

Basis: Full time

Hybrid/Remote: mainly remote working from home

Remuneration: Salary + bonus + benefits

Main Duties:

  • Client Follow-Up & Consultation: Conduct detailed follow-up meetings with prospective clients to understand their specific needs, address queries, and provide tailored health plan recommendations.
  • Sales Conversion: Convert warm leads generated by the General Manager into closed sales through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Sales Presentations & Education: Deliver clear and compelling presentations to explain complex health insurance plans and benefits.
  • Sales Reporting & Tracking: Accurately document sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets using CRM systems.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in health insurance regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager (Malta) to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

What skills do you need?

  • Experience in Sales, not necessarily in insurance
  • Able to reach set sales targets
  • Able to build client rapport and trust
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Industry product knowledge is a plus
  • CRM software proficiency and data protection is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication & presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management
  • High ethical standards and integrity and willing to travel

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
