Supply Chain Manager

Industry: Pharma

Location: Malta

Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary + Benefits

Main Duties:

• Organize export shipments and ensure all required documentation is prepared
• Source materials, negotiate pricing, and monitor supplier performance
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in the supply chain
• Lead and coordinate a team to plan and execute delivery schedules

What skills do you need?

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Purchasing, or Sciences
• Experience in a similar position, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage various projects
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (proficiency in Maltese is advantageous)
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to lead effectively and work collaboratively
• Familiarity with import/export regulations (ideal)

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
