HR Specialist

Our client is expanding and looking for talented individuals to join their dynamic HR team. They are now seeking a motivated and proactive HR Specialist to help drive their continued growth.

Industry: Pharma

Location: Malta

Basis: Full-time

Remuneration: Salary + Benefits

Main Duties:

• Handle the recruitment cycle from communicating with different channels to promote roles, to sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Coordinate the onboarding program for new employees and ensure consistency and collaboration, promoting company vision and values
• Collaborate on employee retention strategies, incentive and motivation initiatives
• Work closely with departments to enhance the company's reputation as an Employer of Choice
• Update the current Employee Handbook and ensure that all policies are up to date with current legislation
• Coordinate the year-round performance management initiatives

What skills do you need?

• A Level 5 certification in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Certification in Maltese Employment Law and strong knowledge of employment legislation will be an asset
• Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in both Maltese and English

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
