Lawyer (Corporate & Commercial)

Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary + Benefits

Main Duties:

• Advise clients across diverse sectors on commercial and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements
• Assist with corporate transactions, restructurings, and company documentation
• Provide ongoing legal support to assist clients' daily business operations

What skills do you need?

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Master of Advocacy (LL.M.) or equivalent
• Warranted Maltese Advocate experienced in corporate, commercial, IP, and/or data protection law
• Minimum of 3 years working in corporate and commercial law preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Practical commercial mindset with a self-motivated, proactive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Fluent in English

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
