Main Duties:

  • Coordinate all event logistics, including conference activities, team-building requirements, catering and AV setups
  • Manage detailed project timelines to ensure all milestones are met
  • Act as the primary point of contact for venues and suppliers 
  • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors to ensure cost-efficiency 
  • Conduct site inspections and feasibility assessments for potential event locations
  • Lead the on-site team and temporary staff during event 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues to maintain event flow
  • Assist in budget tracking, processing invoices, and accurate financial records
  • Prepare post-event reports, analyzing operational successes and areas for improvement

What skills do you need?

  • Event planning, coordination, and logistics skills is required
  • Experience in the hospitality (MICE) or events industry is a plus
  • Speaking French is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
  • In possession of a driving license and own car

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
