Event Operations Executive
About the job Event Operations Executive

Main Duties:
- Coordinate all event logistics, including conference activities, team-building requirements, catering and AV setups
- Manage detailed project timelines to ensure all milestones are met
- Act as the primary point of contact for venues and suppliers
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors to ensure cost-efficiency
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility assessments for potential event locations
- Lead the on-site team and temporary staff during event
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues to maintain event flow
- Assist in budget tracking, processing invoices, and accurate financial records
- Prepare post-event reports, analyzing operational successes and areas for improvement
What skills do you need?
- Event planning, coordination, and logistics skills is required
- Experience in the hospitality (MICE) or events industry is a plus
- Speaking French is considered an asset
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
- In possession of a driving license and own car
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
