Senior Finance Executive

Main Duties:

• Oversee the full invoicing cycle, data extraction, and debt management while ensuring VAT accuracy and timely reporting
• Supervise the maintenance of client platforms and internal reporting sheets to ensure all company details and financial data remain accurate
• Act as the primary finance liaison to ensure client satisfaction, providing regular debt updates and holding strategic meetings as needed
• Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff while managing performance appraisals and professional development
• Review team output to ensure high accuracy and adherence to standards before final delivery
• Delegate tasks and monitor team billable hours to meet client deadlines and improve operational efficiency
• Align administration processes across all accounting teams by implementing industry best practices
• Maintain strict adherence to internal financial policies and control standards
• Identify and execute efficiency improvements for both internal and client-facing finance operations

What skills do you need:

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Proven experience supervising staff, delegating responsibilities, and fostering professional growth through training
• Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and meticulous attention to detail in documentation and financial tasks
• Analytical thinker capable of managing shifting priorities and suggesting creative improvements in fast-paced environments
• Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and various digital platforms, including secure management systems
• 2-3 years in finance or accounting, preferably within iGaming, affiliate marketing, or digital sectors
• Proven track record in financial reporting, invoicing, receivables, and cash flow management
• Solid understanding of VAT regulations and general tax compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (like Xero), online client platforms, and workflow tools
• Skilled in debt collection processes and maintaining professional relationships through direct client liaison
