Main Duties:
- Maintain training and uniform records in company systems
- Act as the primary contact for employee uniform queries
- Manage uniform inventory, orders, and deliveries with store management
- Recover uniforms from departing staff
- File employee and departmental documentation
- Perform additional duties based on business needs
What Skills do you need?
- O'level standard of education in subjects like English and Mathematics
- Skilled at adjusting to shifting priorities and evolving environments
- Proven ability to excel both in teams and on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team and maintain high level of confidentiality
- Knowledge in Stock Take and Inventory
- Microsoft Office Skills
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
