Main Duties:

  • Maintain training and uniform records in company systems
  • Act as the primary contact for employee uniform queries
  • Manage uniform inventory, orders, and deliveries with store management
  • Recover uniforms from departing staff
  • File employee and departmental documentation
  • Perform additional duties based on business needs

What Skills do you need?

  • O'level standard of education in subjects like English and Mathematics
  • Skilled at adjusting to shifting priorities and evolving environments
  • Proven ability to excel both in teams and on own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team and maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Knowledge in Stock Take and Inventory
  • Microsoft Office Skills

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
