The Opportunity

Our client who is a fabulous Financial Services firm is seeking someone who has the spark and the flair to wear multiple hats, but equally have the initiative to be across everything! You will be highly depended on, and at the same time appreciated immensely for your efforts! This firm has the secret formula to a fantastic culture and you should see their coffee machine! Wow!

Some of the areas you will cover in this role:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between their wonderful clients and your team, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service.
  • Manage an offshore team to ensure they deliver their tasks on time
  • Be the Xero superstar and help with reporting through this platform
  • Manage client onboarding and engagements.
  • Assist with monthly billing and debtor management.
  • Proactively improving processes and enhancing the client experience.
  • Other helpful tasks such as scheduling meetings and booking appointments

Requirements that you will bring:

  • An Admin/Office Management or Personal Assistant background would be highly regarded given the organisation skills you will bring!
  • Proficient in using Xero, particularly the reporting aspect
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, reliable and self-motivated.
