What You'll Do:

• Own the Sales Numbers: Be accountable for the team's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Lead a Growing Team: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Business Development Managers and Executives.
• Strategize and Execute: Build actionable sales plans to boost team performance and merchant acquisition.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to drive go-to-market strategies.
• Customer Success: Support your team in nurturing leads and building strong relationships that drive referrals and retention.

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or business development
• Previous experience in POS, payment systems, or the F&B/retail industry is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated success in leading and scaling sales teams
• Proven ability to build and execute go-to-market strategies
• High ownership mindset and a drive for measurable results
• Passion for tech, payments, and empowering small businesses
