Merchant Operations Executive

We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.


Responsibilities

• Setting up and testing hardware before deployment
• Managing logistics and order fulfilment, including dispatching merchant orders promptly and ensuring efficient delivery operations.
• Delivery the products to customer through different routes
• Developing expertise in Qashier's hardware, software, and service suite, and conducting onsite setup and training for merchants.
• Fulfilling any other operational responsibilities.

Requirements

• Passion for technology, Fintech, and the retail industry.
• Valid driver's license for 1 year plus and a clean driving record.
• Motorbike (with a valid class 2/2A/2B driving license & commercial insurance)
• Strong interpersonal skills with bilingual proficiency in oral communication.
• Keen attention to detail and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities.
