Merchant Onboarding Lead

We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology. Reporting to the Head of Operations in Singapore, you will play a key role in the deployment of our products and systems regionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage new merchant journey after sales hands over set requirements.
• Support merchant and assist to set up in store setup requirements. Collaborate closely with Sales and Merchant Success team to ensure that merchant onboarding, account setup, and order fulfilment are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure merchants meets risk compliance and chats/calls are within stipulated SLAs.
• To log merchants request feature to product team.
• Able to solve merchant queries related to commercial topics and come up with action plan
• Any other adhoc tasks as requested by your manager

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development or Administration
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Strong interpersonal skills with good bilingual oral abilities (English and Chinese)
• Keen attention to detail and customer service oriented
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with a strong ability to multitask
• Passionate about technology, Fintech, and the retail space
